Superior Window Company is seeking a motivated, top- notch Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Conroe office. You’ll be supervising staff to ensure the highest quality service is being provided to clients and business partners.  The optimal candidate will demonstrate leadership through an attentive, client focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent oversight of staff and office procedures
  • Handle client requests with an engaging and empathetic approach
  • Nurturing client happiness, striving for 100% client satisfaction
  • General office management and HR duties; including time reporting and payroll
  • Handle accounts payable and receivables
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical client and employee files
  • Point of contact for hiring, training, mentoring and reprimanding staff
  • Becoming knowledge of all products and services offered
  • Work with Quickbooks, Excel Spreadsheets and CRM system
