From the early interaction with Rocky and their office, to the installation and cleaning by Homer and his crew, it was a fantastic experience. I am lowering my electricity bills both in the summer and in the winter times. And more importantly, the temperature in my house never dropped below 50F during the winter storm we experienced in mid-February. Even after being without power (hence heating) for 36 hours. And it was freezing the whole time outside!!! Furthermore, they have a really nice and cozy feeling from the inside and have also reduced the overall noise level coming from outside. And finally, the windows look really nice and it is an aesthetic improvement to my house as well. It was a big investment, but it's paying off big time. And I am 100% happy with my choice.
